Services

Home Additions San Jose provides design-build general contracting services -- room additions, ADU construction, second-story additions, garage conversions, and related home addition projects in the San Jose Bay Area. All services are subject to a signed contract, permitting, and scheduling availability.

Estimates and Pricing

All on-site estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation. Estimates reflect typical project ranges; final pricing is confirmed in a written contract after scope, permitting requirements, and site conditions are assessed. Any price changes during construction will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed projects, and structural items are covered per applicable code requirements. If a workmanship issue arises within the warranty period, contact us and we will address it at no additional charge.

Liability

Home Additions San Jose is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance to protect your property and our crew during every project. Any claims must be reported promptly upon discovery.
